Welcome to the Empower Me! Institute™. This institute was designed for professional and business development. We offer courses in Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Media Branding, Networking, and Career Management. We are committed to your advancement and success.

Our classes bring together men and women from diverse backgrounds, skills and agendas to promote unity, growth and empowerment. Classes are designed and offered live (onsite in our Atlanta offices) but mostly live online webcasts. Video on demand and video tutorials are fine if you want to learn as you go or self study. But we have a greater purpose in the way classes are delivered. What’s unique about this institute and our classes is that the student is the case study for each class.

While most learning environments focus on textbook knowledge and simulated application, we focus on our students core problems. For example, someone attending the 8 Week to Startup course will bring their own business idea to the class. During the eight weeks, while learning the foundational skills of starting a business, they will also be preparing their own business for launch. The instructor and other students serve as an advisory board and help the student fine tune their business to bring it to market. Colleges and universities, and even other training programs focus on generic messaging, while we focus on actually helping the students accomplish their goal for the class and acquire the skills to sustain after the class is over. Our classes are about practical application, not textbook theory.

Empower Me! is dedicated to providing quality classes in small business management, networking, entrepreneurship, career management, and social media branding. Our courses are delivered utilizing the latest in technology and social platforms and are always live. They are designed to empower attendees to enhance their business and professional skills while effectively utilizing the Internet and new media tools. We seek to give students the knowledge to be successful in every aspect of their professional lives in their own location, in their own time. The institute exists to prepare students to take control of their brand, prepare themselves to take on all challenges and issues surrounding day-to-day business and career issues while embracing technology as advancement tools, and the confidence to compete globally. They walk away with a blueprint to succeed.

Our Model

Empower Me! Institute is more than just a learning facility for individuals. Our overall model is to provide real time training in the areas of career management, networking, small business management, social media branding, and entrepreneurship. However, we’ve created a top notch intensive series of entrepreneurship and small business management classes that ensures business owners and teams not just know how to start a business, but maintain a viable, sustainable one. It assists talented entrepreneurs by providing advice, education, tools and resources to help them grow. There is a noticeable void in structured education for beyond startup.  Empower Me! Institute wants to fill that void.

In particular, we work directly with business owners, management teams, and entrepreneurs to address their challenges in achieving growth and sustainability. Almost anyone can launch a business, but as according to the SBA reports, not all can sustain one. And not everyone is fortunate enough to secure venture capital. Without investment capital a company still has to survive and thrive. That’s where we come in. We’re more than just a learning institute, we’re an action institute.

Empower Me! Institute offers classes in 6-week intervals. An 8-week Entrepreneurship course is offered and a Business Growth Strategy Series is under development. Some of the other entrepreneurial and small business courses focus on strategic growth, operational, workforce development, financial, branding and social responsibility topics.  The education component ties core business principles together for entrepreneurs to access knowledge that facilitate strategic and sustainable growth. The private forums, peer review and live roundtables provide the opportunity to share best practices, lessons learned, and network.

3. Value Add Resources

Empower Me! Institute is developing a talented network of Professional Service Providers that is made accessible exclusively to participating companies and students. We may recommend Professional Service Providers to assist students and companies when the work is beyond the scope of our services. These are services that can include: Access to capital; Expansion; Accounting; Technology; Legal & Compliance; Marketing; Real Estate Transactions; Branding; Tax Planning; Manufacturing. The Professional Service Providers in our network provide a value add to businesses by providing services for substantial discounts. We are developing partnerships with local colleges, organizations, and businesses that supplement our work to support small business growth.

We host an annual event that provide business owners and entrepreneurs with opportunities to network and further develop connections in their community.

4. Actionable, Implementable Tools
