I founded Empower Me! Corporation, a Growth Strategies consultancy with brand extensions in media, publishing and professional & entrepreneurial education. I believe if you want it badly enough, anyone can grow in ANY ECONOMY. I provide Strategic Business Growth consulting services to business owners with high growth potential. I assist clients in creating processes and strategies to effectively run, grow and position their business for success. I work with clients to get to the root of the problem, then fix it. I also help business owners leverage their knowledge, skills and brands to get paid more by giving away less for free, allowing them to be more profitable. I help you NOT be a broke brand.

I’m a 20 year recruiting veteran, so to say I know more than a little bit about recruiting is accurate. I worked with companies to create or improve their recruitment process, build recruitment teams and optimize their employment brands. I trained recruiters to optimize their performance and success rates. I have a knack for finding the right people for a start-up environment. I put the human element back in recruiting. My newest entrepreneurial venture is The Red Shoe Agency.

I’m an innovator & not afraid to aim high. And someone dubbed me America’s Accountability Partner™.
