We will have a special guest speak to the class each week to share their tips, pitfalls and successes of their own online radio/TV experiences.

Objective:

Each student will create their own show and test the pilot live for the class to receive feedback and critique. After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Create a show based on your talents, skills and knowledge
• Find and vet guests and talent to appear on your show
• Learn how to create the perfect brand message
• Build your listening audience
• Become an established expert that journalists & reporters come to
• Position your show to be a hot topic of conversation
• Learn how to control the flow of the on-air conversation
• Create show topics that keep people coming back for more
• Turning your online media into regular media opportunities
• Selecting the right platform for your show 
• Determine the appropriate setting and logistics of your show

Class Type:

Online/Livestream- Student must have reliable internet access, Skype and/or Google+ account and a functional webcam (with audio) as this is a live streaming, interactive class. Must also create a podcast and live/VOD (video on demand), for the purpose of this class. Class is limited to 10 students.
